Submission deadline for sending videos to 1000 Voices for their Nursing Facility DVD for April 2021.

Recording: you can do a video of yourself; have someone (or we can help) record you via Zoom or you can make an audio recording. (If you send an audio file, please also send a photo of yourself).

We are told by some individuals and facilities that they really look forward to the DVDs and hearing from you.
